Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare product process flow diagrams, operation manuals and other process documents to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the process documents;

2. Serve the production site, develop targeted process improvement plans in case of process problems, ensure smooth project progress, and conduct process audits and planning;

3. Assist in optimizing the process flow and process parameters, reducing material consumption and costs, and improving the level of process management;

4. Responsible for process review, test tracking, and other related matters, and outputting test reports and relevant process data to ensure the reliability and traceability of process data;

5. Output a tooling list based on project requirements to ensure that the tooling design meets the requirements of the process route design;

6. Apply professional knowledge to process management in the rail transit industry, automotive parts, machinery/equipment/heavy industry, and other industries to improve production efficiency and product quality;

7. Other tasks assigned by the leadership, including participating in cross departmental collaboration and promoting the implementation of process improvement projects.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related fields;

2. Have 1-10 years of relevant work experience, familiar with process auditing, process planning, process management, and process route design;

3. Familiar with the production process of the rail transit industry, automotive parts, machinery/equipment/heavy industry, and other industries;

4. Good English proficiency, able to read and write English technical documents proficiently, and engage in effective international communication;

5. Possess good teamwork spirit and communication and coordination skills, able to work efficiently in a multitasking environment;

6. Possess strong problem-solving and analysis skills, and be able to independently complete process improvement projects.
