Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish a management system for fiberglass reinforced plastic and maintain and control the system according to the requirements of special processes;

2. Develop process standards and project process documents for fiberglass reinforced plastic;

3. The opening and use of new technologies, processes, and equipment for fiberglass reinforced plastic meet the needs of projects and industries;

4. Improve related processes, increase quality, reduce costs and improve efficiency, perfect the layout, and assist in the transformation of related processes;

5. Lead the analysis and resolution of various fiberglass quality issues;

6. Conduct process audits of related products, propose improvement suggestions, and ensure the processing quality of the products;

7. Submit project work hours and material BOM and continuously optimize and improve them to achieve the goal of reducing costs and improving efficiency;

8. Capable of managing projects and engaging in process management work for departmental projects;

9. Matters assigned by other leaders.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in composite materials or polymer related fields;

2. Age: 28 years old or above;

3. Engaged in related process or production management work for more than 5 years, able to solve practical problems;

4. Understand the technological trends in the fiberglass industry, be familiar with various processing techniques and fault mode analysis, and be able to quickly analyze and solve problems;

5. Have certain experience in system management, able to strictly implement and manage relevant systems; Develop new processes according to system requirements to meet industry demands;

6. Familiar with 3D and 2D software, capable of analyzing fiberglass products, able to propose mold design requirements and technical solutions, those who can design fiberglass molds are preferred;

7. Familiar with the operation of equipment and tools related to fiberglass process, master the key points, and be able to train employees to execute them;

8. Good language communication and expression skills, able to convey process requirements to relevant personnel;

9. Identify with the company's corporate culture, able to endure hardship, strong sense of responsibility, and obey arrangements.
