Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for contacting foreign suppliers and actively exploring new supply channels according to supplier management procedures;

2. Conduct inquiries and negotiations based on procurement needs, control ordering and logistics/financial costs related to ordering;

3. Track and control the delivery cycle of orders, regularly urge suppliers for goods or temporarily contact suppliers for shipment according to production needs;

4. Actively cooperate with inquiries regarding foreign quotations for new projects and ensure the smooth progress of the project;

5. Timely price and issue orders for unplanned stocking materials based on purchase requisitions to meet the needs of relevant parties;

6. Assist the warehouse in conducting preliminary acceptance after arrival, confirm unit price, quantity, etc., and promptly provide feedback to the supplier and track progress for any abnormal situations upon arrival;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

1. Proficient in English, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing;

2. Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience;

3. The educational requirement is a bachelor's degree or above;

4. No age limit;

5. Priority will be given to those with relevant experience in import logistics business.
